The Osage Pecan Tree was developed for growing in the northern United States pecan production areas. The nuts of the Osage Pecan Tree are small to medium-sized, oval-elliptical shaped and of excellent quality. 
Osage Pecan Trees are very disease resistant and productive. The Osage pecans ripen early to mid-September. The nuts of the Osage Pecan Tree has excellent flavor, oil content, and shelling characteristics to make perfect halves. Osage pecan trees have great market potential, especially in northern regions where pecan production is limited.
